Essential Yoga for Back Pain Part 3

In this third edition of “Essential Yoga for Back Pain”, our lead yoga instructor Sara Perez, will demonstrate effective yoga based exercises for the management of chronic back pain. As a continuation of the first two editions, these exercises will target the low back area for increase range of motion and core strength. Sara will also move up the spine and show you how these Essential Yoga exercises can help relieve you of chronic mid back pain also.
