To maintain this commitment, we have significantly enhanced our practice with the addition of a new high-tech, outcome assessment instrument - The Insight Subluxation Station and Microfit - so that we may better serve our patients.

The Insight Subluxation Station features five different, painless and non-invasive tests that will help us characterize abnormal activity surrounding your spine. This activity can be associated with a subluxation which could lead to other health issues.

The Microfit program is a fully integrated assessment tool that can analyze physical health, fitness level, lifestyle behaviors, body composition, diet, flexibility, strength, heart rate, cardiovascular fitness and provide specific recommendations for improvement.

Fitness Profile:

• Biometrics such as height, weight, circumference and body mass index (BMI)

• Muscular Strength and Endurance
• Blood Pressure and Heart Rate
• Flexibility

Diet Profile:

• Helps the individual recognized current eating habits and what is needed to improve
• Identifies current vitamin and mineral deficiencies

• Customized meal plans for each individual to achieve a balance diet and/or weight management

Wellness Profile:
Analyzes current health behaviors. Focus areas include:

Diagnostic X-Rays

Why does our office take x-rays?  Well, our first objective is to rule out any major diseases such as cancer or a fracture if you just underwent a traumatic injury such as a fall or an auto accident.  Our second objective is to determine from a chiropractic perspective if subluxations has any effect on your spine.  Subluxations may cause premature wear and tear on your spine-you are literally aging before your time. The progession can be so severe that the joints fused together.
